Why should I book a trip with a CAA Travel Consultant?

"A few years ago my husband found a cruise on the internet that looked very interesting to us. We contacted our regular travel agent, gave her the details and asked her to book it for us. After some time she told us she could not book that cruise...but that she would book some alternate cruise. We were quite disappointed as we had plans to go to England to visit a very senior aunt and wanted to take the cruise out of Southampton."
