CAA Mobile Auto Detailing
Regular maintenance should always include a specialized cleaning of your vehicle. Our pit crew uses products to shampoo and wash your car’s upholstery according to its fabric. Deep cleaning of your car’s interior prevents dust from causing wear and tear, and removes old stubborn stains from your dashboards, mats or leather seats.
When your car is deep cleaned, a lot of debris is removed from it, improving the air quality inside the vehicle. Clean airflow and the absence of garbage in a car help drivers and passengers to enjoy a germ-free environment. If you ever wish to sell your car, potential buyers will see how taken care of it is and buy it at a higher price.
Good to Know Before You Book:

- Appointments must be booked online, at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings will not be accepted through our call centres.
- Please be aware that due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability.
- Prior to starting your service, the technician will conduct a full inspection of your vehicle's condition. Additional service fees may be assessed at this time.
- A light exterior wash is only included in the Full Detailing package.

Truck/Midsize SUV: A medium sized vehicle with up to 5 passenger seats.

The price of the service is dependent on CAA Membership level. Payment will be processed by the technician once the service is complete. They accept Visa and Mastercard.
We can perform detailing on 4-wheel passenger vehicles and trucks up to 1/2 ton.
Yes, you will need to greet the technician before the service is performed, and complete payment at the end of the service.
We allow a minimum of 2 hours for the detailing service to be completed.
The vehicle must be parked outside with a minimum of three meters (10 feet) of space between vehicles or other obstructions.
We prefer the vehicle to be parked outside with a minimum of three meters (10 feet) of space between the vehicle and other obstructions. We will only perform the service in a garage if the weather is inclement and there is adequate room in the garage to perform the service safely.
Yes, however it is the Member's responsibility to obtain permission from the building to complete the service in the underground parking garage or to locate a viable spot to complete the chip repair with adequate space.
Due to the safety of our technician, we will not perform the service on a street. Alternative arrangements must be made by the Member for a safe location.
The service technician will have wheel chocks, so as long as the slope is not extreme there should not be a problem.
Yes, we can perform the service as long as you have written permission on company letterhead from the business owner.

CAA Mobile Detailing is currently only available in select regions of Greater Ottawa. Please note that appointments in North Gower, Richmond, Kars, Dunrobin, and Carp may be subject to a 2-3 hour variance from the scheduled appointment time. Service is only available to active CAA Members in good standing (Membership paid in full by Membership expiry date). CAA Mobile Detailing is only available for cars, SUVs, and trucks up to 1/2 ton. Service can take at least 2 hours to perform. CAA Member must be present at time of appointment and remain during the duration of the service. CAA and our automotive partners reserve the right to refuse service in the event the vehicle are deemed unsafe by the service technician. Due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. CAA Mobile Detailing will not count as an entitlement to the Membership.
